Registration for WCST2025
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make sure you are logged in as an AST member before registering.

- AST membership is granted to individuals who register and pay the membership fee.
- Participation in the Social Event (Gala Dinner) requires an additional fee of USD 100.

Guests Tickets
Guest passes are intended only for accompanying persons (e.g., family members or non-academic companions) and do not include access to conference sessions. Guest passes are not available to doctoral students, faculty, or experts, as all participants must register for the full conference.
Guest pass fees cannot be combined with the registration fee; please complete the registration fee payment first, and then pay the guest pass fee separately

Registration Information
To ensure smooth operations and enhance participant convenience, the Conference offers an early registration period. By completing your registration in advance, you can reduce on-site waiting time and, for certain programs, enjoy priority booking benefits.
Early Registration Period: Until Tuesday, September 30, 2025
Regular Registration Period: From Wednesday, October 1, 2025
Registration Method: Online registration via the Conference website
Payment Methods: Credit card, bank transfer, or other designated payment options
WCST 2025 conference registration fees include: Conference Admission, Ph.D Workshop, Coffee Breaks
Conference Social Events(Gala dinner) are optional activities and require an additional fee
Please note that after the early registration deadline, only regular registration will be available, and fees may differ.

Substitution Policy
Substitutions are permitted at no additional fee. To request a substitution please email the name of the AIS member whom you would like to transfer your registration to and their email address to strc@khu.ac.kr. Credits toward welcome reception, social event(gala dinner) or guest tickets are not allowed. Also note, the person you are transferring your registration to must register as the same registration type and have the same AST(Associate for Smart Tourism) membership status.
Cancellation and refund policy
Requests for refunds or cancellations must be in writing via email to strc@khu.ac.kr, and are subject to the following schedule:
Cancellation requests received before or by December 1: full refund less $50 administrative fee.
Cancellation requests received between December 2 – December 16: full refund less $100 administrative fee.
December 17 and onwards: no refund, the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration fee. This also includes workshop cancellations.
